By accessing or using MyLPDeal (“the Service”), operated by Lucky Duck Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MyLPDeal provides AI-assisted analysis of private placement memoranda and syndication documents uploaded by users. Reports generated by the Service are informational only and do not constitute investment advice, legal advice, or financial advice.
Nothing on MyLPDeal constitutes investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. All reports are generated by AI systems and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
By uploading documents to the Service, you represent that you have the right to share those documents and grant us permission to process them for the purpose of generating reports. We do not sell your uploaded documents or use them to train AI models without your consent.
All payments are processed via Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Report purchases are one-time charges. Due to the nature of AI-generated reports, all sales are final unless a report fails to generate, in which case you will not be charged.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Duck Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any reports generated. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
