• Account information: email address and password (hashed)
• Documents you upload for analysis
• Payment information (processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Usage data: pages visited, reports generated, deals analyzed

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-assisted analysis reports from your uploaded documents
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails related to your account and reports
• To improve the Service and diagnose technical issues

3. Document Storage

Uploaded documents are stored securely in a private Supabase Storage bucket. Documents are only accessible to your account and the AI processing pipeline. We do not share your uploaded documents with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI document analysis
• Rentcast — market rent data
• Vercel — application hosting

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and uploaded documents for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. Payment records may be retained for legal and tax compliance purposes.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
